We are called individually to a life of service and prayer:
We do this by setting aside a minimum of 30 minutes a day for prayers and meditation
Practice of various mantras
Recitation of the New Covenant and other standard Temple prayers
Dancing
Chanting
Loving kindness
Acceptance, Appreciation and Validation of people around us
Understanding that we have a greater purpose than living for ourselves
Food collections
Being a part of the Witnessing Program to oversee possible government abuse of various ethnic and religious groups
Being a member of Interfaith Alliance
Working at homeless shelters and food banks
Supporting an orphanage in Burma
Responding to needs as they arise within Idaho.
We are called to love the Earth, to spend time outside with the earth,
And to honor the life of the earth.
We do this through recycling,
Buying organic and free range foods,
Feeding the birds and squirrels, and other wildlife
Picking up trash wherever we go
Participating in the foothills and river clean-up
Being a member of Snake River Raptor Volunteers-caring for wildlife in the Birds of Prey National Conservation area
